As a native of the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) and dedicated real estate agent, I am happy to show you around the CSRA neighborhoods to help your family feel right at home. There are so many neighborhoods that have much to offer from amenities, proximity to city hotspots, and short commutes to popular work centers. Here is just a glimpse into the many neighborhoods that are within the CSRA.

Summerville (Augusta, GA)

Summerville, located within Augusta, is known for its historic charm and proximity to Augusta University. It has a mix of historic and modern homes with streets full of trees making Summerville a highly desirable place to settle down in.

Riverwood Plantation (Evans, GA)

Riverwood Plantation is located within the community of Evans. It offers a large amount of housing options within a short walk/drive to the local schools. There are many amenities, green spaces, and ponds to appeal to families moving to the CSRA.

Hammond’s Ferry (North Augusta, SC)

Right next to the neighborhood is Patriots Park which is great for families with active kids in basketball, soccer, tennis, or baseball.

Lake Thurmond (Clarks Hill, SC)

Want waterfront living? Welcome to Lake Thurmond! Clarks Hill, SC is the perfect spot for lake activities, scenic views, and water enthusiasts. There are so many recreational opportunities which makes Lake Thurmond a great spot in the CSRA for adventure lovers.
